The Wright Stuff is one of KBA’s favourite TV shows. We have it playing whenever we can in the office and it got even better when our dear friends Linda Lusardi and James Whale made appearances.
The future is bright at BDO
Well done to JJ and Gary for the amazing job they did presenting at the BDO #FutureOfRetail event. They blew everyone away with their presentations and we couldn’t be prouder.
Birthday celebrations and wetting the baby’s head!
Jude celebrated two birthdays as his newborn son came three weeks early and he turned 25. With his wedding anniversary and two family birthdays falling in the month, June is shaping up to be the most expensive month of the year.
Jimmy Floyd scores at Unique Sports Management and Leadership Through Sport special event
We had a great time at Unique Sports Management’s offices when the USM team led by Barry Whelan opened up their doors to the LTSB apprentices for a day of work experience, fun and games. It was great to be joined by football stars Wayne Routledge and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink
Having a ball with Kidzania
Thanks to the Kidzania team for having us as guests at the Kids Out Summer Ball. We had so much fun and it was great to see over £111,000 raised on the night!
It’s Wham Bam Chan!
It’s hard not be excited about British boxing with how well the Cyclone Promotions team are performing. Congrats to the brilliant Josh Taylor, Lee McGregor and fabulous Chantelle Cameron on great wins!! 🥊🥇

We are thrilled to now be working with the Wickers Charity, Hackney Wick FC and sponsor Henry Smith. They are two awesome organisations that care deeply about their communities and we are excited to grow with them.
Hat-trick Hero Steals the show
Such a privilege to hear World Cup hero Sir Geoff Hurst and our good friend Tessy Ojo speak at the London Sporting Club. We heard exciting stories about the triumph of 1966 giving us a lot of hope from Sir Geoff and a really important message about anti-bullying from Tessy.
Putting his best foot forward for charity
We are oh so proud of Keith for completing a Marathon in Barcelona in aid of the charity Street Child. Keith raised over £9,000 and walked over 26 miles for the children that street child united support and we couldn’t be prouder.
Keith is stationary
If you know Keith, you know he loves a good pen. He only gets them from one place too: Ryman Stationary. After some friendly banter with business magnate Theo Paphitis, Keith was surprised with a free pen and big welcome sign when he went in to get his favourite pen the next day.
The surf’s up in Ibiza
Summer has started with a bang for our fashion team. They worked tirelessly in the months leading up to the summer on making sure our brands made a big splash online and that they did. Soul Cal, Gold Digga and USA Pro swimwear lines were all worn by highly popular influencers, with over 20 posts garnering over 250,000 engagements.
Bookworm Sam turns a new leaf
Sam saw it as a great privilege when he was invited to the Sports Book Awards. As both an avid sports fan and an avid reader it was a dream event and he’s already signed up for next year.
This year we’re off to sunny…. Tanzania
Dee is still in awe after getting back from her two week trip to Tanzania.She landed at the picturesque Kilimanjaro Airport. Their first stop was Dar Es Salaam for a safari experience that spanned 3 nights 4 days, 1300 km and 4 National Parks but the highlight was the Ngorongoro Crater,which truly is the eighth wonder of the world. They went on to Zanzibar to see the Stone Town, the Prison Island to see the Giant Tortoises, the Jozani Forest to see the endangered Red Colobus Monkeys, the Spice Farm and finally the beaches of Zanzibar for some well-deserved rest.

Claire was pleased to join founder of ‘epifny’ consulting and senior pitch strategist at ‘Win That Pitch’ Dean Russel for a roundtable event with several other business leaders. They discussed where they saw opportunities for growth over the next 12-18 months and Claire left encouraged.
Flaming June sees new star arising
June saw the arrival of the amazing Iona Kay. Joining us on work experience for 3 months Iona is a keen journalist and has already proven to be a great writer!
It’s Coming Home
The World Cup has driven everyone at KBA footy mad! We were all so excited we decided to put money on it. We drew countries from a hat and we all have brand new rooting interests
School’s Out for Soccer Kids
We are truly inspired by Sports Direct’s continued investment into Ireland. This investment isn’t solely to do with store openings as Sports Direct have also partnered with the FAI to help provide 600 places for children at summer school.
We are excited to announce that KBA have now taken on Rob Rutter and Just Isa as our latest clients. They are an exciting company and we can’t wait to get started,
International crises averted
Our Head of Operations Claire was given the nickname Dora The Explora on her holiday to Cyprus. Claire and her husband set off for a walk and almost ended up in the Ghost Town of Famagusta before being interrupted by Turkish forces at the border.
