Breaking David Briffaut’s Story | KBA Agency

At KBA we pride ourselves on our ability to get stories published quickly straight to the top of the nations minds and online newsfeeds, via national newspapers and all of the most popular social media platforms. This was the case when we were alerted to the terrible tragedy unfolding over in Benidorm, affecting Essex born David Briffaut. David and his girlfriend were enjoying a fun day out inside one of Benidorm’s most popular water parks “Aqualandia” when disaster struck on one of the waterpark’s most popular slides leaving David potentially paralysed and fighting for his life in hospital.

As soon as the KBA team caught wind of the unfolding events over in Benidorm, we got in touch with our oversea’s sources and set about ensuring David’s story was heard around the globe by as many people as possible, setting up a JustGiving page to assist David and his family and help to cover expensive foreign medical bills, giving him the best chance of making a full recovery. The KBA team also contacted all of the major national newspapers back in the UK and had it published on the highly popular MailOnline within 3 hours of hearing about the story, highlighting David’s situation to millions across the globe. Take a look at the full MailOnline article in more detail here.

The JustGiving page created by KBA was published alongside the MailOnline article has now accumulated more than £70,000 for Dan and his family and earnt £50,000 in just the first 48 hours of being pushed live.
